Care instructions: If you are unable to remove a stain, we recommend contacting a professional rug cleaner. Vacuum often with a suction vacuum. Do not use a beater bar vacuum. Do not machine wash. We recommend using an anti slip pad to avoid tripping and to protect the floor. To reduce fading, keep away from direct sunlight. Keep the rug away from fire.

Free local delivery, approximately 40 miles radius of shop.

Heavy items such as: dining tables, wardrobes, and large chest of drawers; are delivered by a two-man team, to the room of your choice. The team will unpack the item(s) and takeaway any recycle (where possible) the packaging. They will also do any minor assembly such as attaching legs to a dining table.

Outside our local area we charge £79 per order for upholstery, dining & bedroom furniture (unless items are marked free delivery), smaller items such as: cushions, armcaps & fabric etc we charge £15 per order. Only one delivery charge (highest rate) is charged per order.

ACCESS

Before ordering an item, please make sure the item will fit into the room and that access to that room, through doorways, hallways, and stairways, are wide and tall enough for it to pass through. Accurate dimensions for each item can be found under the “Specifications” tab for that item.
