Q. Can I make changes to my order?
Yes you can. Please contact us as soon as possible to minimise any delay in delivery time. Either email us or call us on 01507 611065 quoting your Order Number.
Q. Can you tell me the availability of a specific item?
All items are made to order and an estimated lead time for delivery will be shown on the product page. Whilst we endeavour to ensure these lead times are as accurate as possible, they are only an estimate and Style Furniture cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Q. Do you charge for Delivery?
No, unless the total amount of the order is less than £395 (all mattresses delivered free). Please see our Delivery page for our charges.
Q. Will you take my furniture to the room of my choice?
All heavy items of furniture, such as: sofas and chairs, wardrobes, divan bed sets; are delivered by a two-man delivery team, to the room of your choice. Lighter items of furniture, such as: occasional furniture, bedside chests, roll up mattresses; are delivered to your doorstep.
Q. Would it be possible to remove my old furniture?
Yes, on most beds and upholstery orders we can arrange for your old furniture to be recycled for an additional charge. On orders were this is possible, there will be an option during checkout to recycle your furniture.
Q. What if my furniture does not fit?
Before ordering please make sure the furniture will fit into the room and that access to that room, through doorways, hallways and stairways, are wide and tall enough for it to pass through. Accurate dimensions for each item can be found on the product page. If the worst happens and it really won’t fit in, we will do our utmost to help you come up with an alternative. Email us or call us on 01507 611065 for further assistance.
Q. Do you deliver overseas?
A. No, we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. If you need your order shipping overseas, we can arrange for your furniture to be delivered to a carrier of your arrangement.
Q. What methods of payment do you take?
We accept online payment by credit or debit card. Payment cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro. We also accept payment via PayPal.
You can also order by calling us on 01507 611065 and use one of the credit or debit cards listed above.
Q. Do I have to pay in full when ordering?
If your order value is £750 or over you can select the option at the checkout to pay a 20% deposit only, the balance to be payable before delivery. All orders under £750 require payment in full at the time of ordering.
Q. Do you offer any type of finance?
Yes, we offer a two finance packages, both interest free, from Klarna Bank AB (publ), subject to status and order value. Simply select Klarna as the payment option at checkout. Q. Do Prices Include V.A.T.?
Yes, all products include VAT, except where the item is available VAT exempt, such as a Riser Recliner chair. If the item does not include VAT this is stated in the product title.

Q. My Furniture has arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that one of your items has arrived damaged, please contact us straight away on 01507 611065 so we can advise you. Often for minor problems, we can arrange for the furniture to be repaired in your home to minimise any disruption.
Q. My furniture has developed a fault?
In the event that your furniture develops a fault, please email us or call on 01507 611065 so we can advise you. If your furniture is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty we will liaise with the manufacturer to resolve the fault as quickly as possible.
Q. What do I do if I have a complaint?
Our continued success depends entirely on our customers’ satisfaction with our service, and on the quality and reliability of the products we sell.
