Coronavirus (COVID-19) information for our customers


It is with great sadness we have taken the decision to close our store in Fotherby, Louth due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. This is to protect not only our dedicated staff, but you our lovely loyal customers.

This painful period in time is difficult for all of us, but our focus has got to be on the health of our local community and our magnificent staff.

This will be a temporary situation and we will re-open once Government restrictions have been lifted and we feel it is safe to do so for you and our staff.

Q. When will your showroom re-open

We don’t know at the moment. This is a rapidly changing situation and we will continue to follow the advice of the Government and Public Health England. We will keep you updated.

Q. Can I still order online?

A. Yes you can still order online through our website.

However, there is likely to be a significant delay in receiving your order. Currently all our suppliers are closed in line with the latest Government restrictions. So no orders will be manufactured at least for the next 3 weeks.

Please be extra patient and we will fulfil your order as soon as we can.

Q. I have an order outstanding, when will this be delivered?

A. Under the new Government restrictions we are unable to carry out deliveries.

Unlike parcel deliveries, which are currently allowed to continue as they can drop the parcel on your doorstep, deliveries of large items such as furniture are different. We need to be able to deliver the furniture into your home and at this moment in time it is not safe for either you or our delivery team to do so.

We don’t yet know when are deliveries will be able to continue. But once it is safe to do so we will endeavour to delivery your furniture as soon as possible.
