Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

It is the sole responsibility of you, the customer, to make sure that the furniture you are ordering is of the right dimensions to gain access to your premisis and to the specific room where your furniture is intend to be placed.
If for any reason this is not possible and the furniture needs to be returned, then the customer deposit will be forfeited.

If an order is cancelled by a customer and that order cannot be cancelled with the manufacturer, then the customer will forfeit his or her deposit.

If a delivery appointment has been made with a customer and customer does not make the appointment and no prior notice has been given, then we reserver the right to levy a delivery charge if a second delivery has to be made.

Product Guarantees

Silentnight Beds & Mattresses

All Silentnight beds and mattresses are covered under the manufacturers 5 year guarantee. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise due to either faulty material or poor workmanship during the first year, they promise to replace any parts or all of the product that is defective completely free of charge.

In subsequent years, a contribution towards replacement goods is needed. This is based on a sliding scale, the older the product is the more you would need to contribute towards the replacement. The charges are as follows:

Rest Assured Beds & Mattresses

All Rest Assured beds and mattresses are covered under the manufacturers 5 year guarantee. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise due to either faulty material or poor workmanship, during the first year they promise to replace any parts or all of the product that is defective, completely free of charge.

In subsequent years, a contribution towards replacement goods is needed. This is based on a sliding scale, the older the product is the more you would need to contribute towards the replacement. The charges are as follows:

Sealy Beds are covered under the manufacturers 9 year warranty. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise due to either faulty material or poor workmanship, during the first year they promise to replace any part or all of the product that is defective, completely free of charge.

In subsequent years, a contribution towards replacement goods is needed. This is based on a sliding scale, the older the product is, the more you would need to contribute towards the replacement. The sliding scale charges are as follows:

All Sealy Mattresses carry a 1 year manufacturers guarantee.

In order to validate the guarantee, you would need to comply with the manufacturers guarantee conditions. The contract of sale exists between us the retailer and you the consumer. Consequently, if you have cause to complain please contact Style Furniture quoting your order reference number and an outline of the nature of your complaint. We will then liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. 

Other Products

All other products carry a 1 year manufacturers guarantee. If you have cause to complain then please contact Style Furniture as soon as possible.

Payment - Online

We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro  Full payment of the balance of the order must be made, at the most, 5 working days before delivery is anticipated.

All orders over the value of £750 are able to be ordered with a 20% deposit only with the balanace payable on delivery or at the store prior to delivery. This option can be selected at the checkout, along with the BNPL interest free credit option.

All orders under £750 are required to be paid in full at time of ordering

Payment - In-store

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro.
A 20% deposit is required prior to ordering the goods, with the balance being paid on delivery or at the store prior to delivery.

Privacy and Security

We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information is transferred from our web site into our secure database. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including your credit card/debit card number and your name and address.

Tax Charges

All prices quoted include VAT at 20%.

Tax Exempt Product

HMRC give a VAT exemption for 'Lift & Tilt' Reclining chairs for eligible customers. An exemption form can be downloaded from the site, which needs to be filled out and verified by Style Furniture.

Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements and colours are correct.

All measurements are approximate, allowing for manufacturing tolerances.

Prices and details are valid at the time of ordering.

Luxury Fabrics used by most sofa manufacturers are subject to pressure marking. This is where shading can occur due to the change of light when the pile is naturally flattened during use.

This IS NOT a fault, nor will it detract from the wearing properties of the material.

Please note that none of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights.
